Tatiana Gallego Lizon heads the Housing and Urban Development Division (HUD) at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she leads agendas in the areas of urban renewal, housing, heritage, urban adaptation and biodiversity, metropolitan governance and integrated territorial planning models, and urban inclusion. Prior to this, she led the Asian Development Bank's Southeast Asia Urban Development and Water Division, where she worked on climate change resilience, integrated water resources management, city competitiveness, digital governance and technology, and contract innovation for improved service delivery. Gallego holds a PhD and an MEng in engineering from Imperial College, London, and a PGD in public policy from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
